Abstract

Squad Commander election in a process research to member will be made a Squade Commander in systematic based on the criteria. In their research in PT. Therefore in this study attemps to facilitate the team of voter in determine the right choice and in accordance choice expected, in determining voting it is determined by the criteria set of the voters set. The decision to choose a squad commander with the Simple Additive weighting method in order to assist voters in determining the team commander of the squad in order to obtain the highest value and entitled to be commander Team. The results of the application of SAW methods that facilitate voters commanders in determining the selection of candidates for commander of the squad who can be reliable in performing their duties.
