Information and communication technology is growing rapidly, almost all areas of life facilitated by the information and communication technology. Campus was an heterogeneous academic community do all the learning activities and administration. The academic community was heterogeneous make-led campus becomes difficult to hear directly aspiration or questions submitted by the academic community. Vice versa, the academic community was difficult to get information or news about the campus. The purpose of this study was designing voice applications campus web-based integrated with android technology and SMS gateway that was easily affordable and accessible to the academic community and the leadership of the campus so as to facilitate communication between the academic community and the leadership of the campus in conveying aspirations, questions and obtain information from campus. The research has been conducted design for this system with its representation by Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and system interface design.Downloads
