Abstract

Cable Payment system SPP Mufik's Foundation Tutoring Foundation is currently running is less effective because the payment system that has not been computerized optimally so that the payment process can not be accessed quickly, precisely and accurately. Conventional reporting process is also considered inefficient because it will take a lot of time in the process of reporting to superiors. The proposed unit apartment payment program can help the access process more quickly, precisely and accurately and the reports will be made every day will be easier by printing from the program directly. To overcome these problems, then created a web-based information system which later can improve the performance of the existing personnel in the guidance of learning. In this study using SDLC method (System Development Live Cycle) with Waterfall model where the flow and stage used include analysis, design, code generation and testing. The results of this study is a learning guidance information system that is expected to facilitate the processing of payment processing guidance learning Mufik's Foundation.
