Abstract

Technology advances very quickly push each company to stay abreast of developments and continue to improve its ability to manage data and information and the need to achieve those goals. PT Indah Jaya is one of the Textile company that is engaged in the production of towels billing logging System currently running are still done using Microsoft Excel with a record of repeated document letter Street and pro invoice. Systems that are currently running are still not going well that is the admin can not look for data debt bills quickly because they have to look for data in Microsoft Excel one by one and takes a long time in making debt reports and report the resulting data sometimes does not correspond to the total bill. To improve the quality of this effort required a system that could help the admin finance in record Bill invoice. So the incoming invoice in accordance with the amount of money spent. Based on the current running problem then it needs a system that can help finance section to manage invoice so that will reduce the occurrence of error logging at the time invoice. The system will be made using the programming language (PHP) and mysql database.
