Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today, gadgets become daily necessities that can not be separated from us. And almost all the gadgets have been equipped with internet facilities that can be used for entertainment, looking for news, personal and business communication. So that we can receive information with practical and easy. Thus the purpose of this research is to make the system reports of damage to facilities and Means Unit PT. GATE. With this system the user / staff can report damage to goods which are in their respective units. And will immediately be able to see the extent to which the report was followed up by the Unit Facility and Means. The study was conducted by observing the system directly to obtain the results of the analysis of the needs of the system. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as the database.
