Abstract

Management system management in a place is an important part in carrying out activities within the posyandu, therefore handling children under five and pregnant women is very important in supporting good and maximum service. The current system is that the officers or cadres of posyandu mothers still use manual methods such as manual data collection, frequent errors in recording medical record data and data loss, still using agenda books in data recording so that patients are very vulnerable to data loss, both toddlers and pregnant women, as well as the contribution of Posyandu in improving the health of infants and pregnant women, but until now the posyandu services are still lacking. in a database and assist in improving the quality of services available at the Posyandu. This web-based application uses the Waterfall method using the Laravel framework and the database used is MySql because the security system is more secure. The purpose of making this application is none other than to make it easier for posyandu cadres in terms of management and systems to run better, safely and optimally.
