Abstract

Penjualan pada Restoran Kazan Ramen masih menerapkan sistem secara manual, mengakibatkan proses penjualan menjadi kurang akurat dan tidak efektif dalam pembuatan laporan sehingga sulit mengambil keputusan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menanggulangi masalah yang terdapat pada Restoran Kazan Ramen dengan cara merancang sistem informasi penjualan. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data yang ada pada Restoran Kazan Ramen. sehingga data tersebut dapat diteliti untuk diselesaikan masalahnya. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, tepat dan akurat guna menyelesaikan masalah-masalah kompleks dan untuk menunjang kemajuan bagi Restoran Kazan Ramen.

Muhamad Egi, Universitas Pamulang

Received A.Md. (Associate Degree) in Electronic Engineering from Polytechnic of Brawijaya University, Malang, S.T. (Bachelor Degree) in Informatics Engineering from Mercu Buana University, Jakarta, and M.Kom (Master Degree) in Software Engineering from STMIK ERESHA, Jakarta. He is a lecturer at Informatics Engineering, Pamulang University. His current research interests include software engineering, intelligent systems, and machine learning.
