PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI LAPORAN KEUANGAN MENGGUNAKAN PYTHON DJANGO FRAMEWORK BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA PT. TERRINDO BUMI RAYA
Abstract
PT. Terrindo Bumi Raya yang berdiri sejak tahun 2013, merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang seismologi, meteorologi, dan navigasi udara. Dengan pengalaman dan bakat – bakat berkelas di bidangnya, perusahaan ini berfokus pada jasa rancangan peralatan sistem, suplai, instalasi, pelatihan, pemeliharaan, dan dukungan teknis. Laporan keuangan adalah ringkasan dari suatu proses pencatatan, ringkasan dari transaksi – transaksi keuangan yang terjadi pada setiap perusahaan. Pada PT. Terrindo Bumi Raya sistem laporan keuangan yang digunakan masih belum fleksibel dengan menggunakan Micrososft Excel, sehingga dokumen bisa hilang, rusak, maupun dilihat orang selain karyawan perusahaan tersebut dan juga memperlambat dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan merancang suatu sistem laporan keuangan yang dapat menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dalam perancangan sistem ini menggunakan menggunakan metode waterfall dan berbasis website yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan fleksibel dalam proses maupun waktu dengan menggunakan Python sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan Mysql sebagai database serta menggunakan Django Framework. Sistem ini memberikan informasi seperti data permintaan anggaran dan laporan keuangan. Selain itu, data yang dihasilkan dapat lebih akurat dan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan.
