SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN KARYAWAN BERBASIS WEB PADA PT. TIFFANY DAMAI SEJAHTERA
Abstract
PT. Tiffany Damai Sejahtera adalah sebuah perusahaan perusahaan yang memproduksi semen instan siap pakai atau premixed mortar. Produk semen instan ini yang dikenal dengan merek HARIMANJAYA MORTAR (HJ). Sistem penggajian karyawan ini untuk memudahkan dalam pengolahan penggajian, mengatur penggajian menjadi struktur, memudahkan pencarian data penggajian, laporan dan slip gaji karyawan dibutuhkan sistem informasi penggajian karyawan yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data-data penggajian. Sistem penggajian karyawan ini berbasis website dan dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall dan desain menggunakan Undefied Model Language (UML), PHP, menggunakan database server MySQL sebagai basis data. Dengan adanya sistem penggajian ini akan mempermudah dalam penggajian karyawan dan karyawan akan mendapatkan slip gaji dengan mudah. Dengan total perhitungan index sebesar 90% maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju. Dengan adanya sistem penggajian karyawan ini akan memudahkan admin dalam mengatur data gaji karyawan agar lebih terstruktur. Dengan total perhitungan index sebesar 90% maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju. Dengan adanya sistem penggajian ini admin dapat mencari data karyawan dengan mudah dengan cara menggunakan kolom pencarian di sistem penggajian ini. Dengan total perhitungan index sebesar 88% maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa responden sangat setuju. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, untuk meningkatkan sistem penggajian karyawan PT. Tiffany Damai Sejahtera, Peneliti ingin memberkan saran yang nantinya dapat berguna dalam pengembangan sistem ini pada waktu yang akan datang. Peneliti berharap sistem ini dapat digunakan di device manapun agar memudahkan masyarakat yang menggunakan sistem ini seperti di handphone.
