Model Geographically-Temporally Weighted Regression Pada Pencemaran Udara Konsentrasi Karbon Monoksida Di Wilayah Bogor
Abstract
Pencemaran udara akibat emisi kendaraan bermotor dan aktivitas industri menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius di wilayah perkotaan, termasuk Kota dan Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan konsentrasi karbon monoksida (CO) dengan metode Geographically-Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) menggunakan pembobot Gaussian, serta menganalisis pengaruh variabel meteorologis terhadap sebaran konsentrasi CO. Data diperoleh dari Stasiun Klimatologi Jawa Barat (Kota Bogor) dan Stasiun Meteorologi Citeko (Kabupaten Bogor) selama periode 12 bulan, dengan variabel prediktor berupa suhu udara (x1), kelembapan udara (x2), kecepatan angin (x3), dan arah angin (x4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model GTWR memiliki kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan regresi linier berganda, dengan nilai R² meningkat dari 0,223 menjadi 0,3108 dan MSE menurun dari 66985,69 menjadi 47031,45. Uji signifikansi memperlihatkan bahwa di Stasiun Citeko, kelembapan udara (x2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsentrasi CO, sedangkan di Stasiun Klimatologi Jawa Barat terdapat tiga variabel signifikan, yaitu suhu udara (x1) dan kelembapan udara (x2) dengan pengaruh negatif, serta kecepatan angin dengan pengaruh positif. Variabel arah angin (x4) tidak berpengaruh signifikan di kedua lokasi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh variabel meteorologis terhadap konsentrasi CO bersifat bervariasi secara spasial dan temporal, sehingga GTWR dengan pembobot Gaussian lebih relevan digunakan dalam analisis pencemaran udara di wilayah Bogor.
