Peningkatan Kapasitas Pemasaran Digital bagi Pelaku UMKM Laundry
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong proses digitalisasi pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), termasuk usaha laundry. Namun demikian, pemanfaatan pemasaran digital oleh pelaku UMKM laundry masih belum optimal karena rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap strategi media sosial, serta minimnya akses terhadap pelatihan berbasis teknologi. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan antara potensi digitalisasi dengan praktik pemasaran yang dijalankan.
Dengan memahami strategi pemasaran digital yang mampu menonjolkan nilai-nilai tersebut, seperti penggunaan testimoni pelanggan, visualisasi proses layanan, dan interaksi responsif melalui media sosial diharapkan pelaku UMKM laundry mampu meningkatkan aspek kepercayaan, kenyamanan, dan reputasi yang sangat menentukan keputusan konsumen.
Atas hal tersebut, untuk menghadapi persaingan yang cukup ketat dengan semakin tumbuhnya pengusaha lainnya, maka dirasa perlu untuk mengenalkan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital melalui seminasi dan pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM Laundry, khususnya Laundry Wis Ruesik agar mampu bertahan menghadapi persaingan dan meningkatkan penjualan.
