Pelatihan Pengelolaan Aplikasi Chatbot Berbasis Artificial Intelligence pada Website Pondok Pesantren Zumrotul Huda
Abstract
Pondok Pesantren Zumrotul Huda di Kota Depok telah memiliki website sebagai media penyampaian informasi, namun pemanfaatannya belum optimal karena masih bersifat statis dan belum dilengkapi layanan informasi otomatis. Seluruh pertanyaan terkait kegiatan pesantren, pendaftaran santri, dan administrasi masih dilayani secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan respon dan ketergantungan pada ketersediaan pengurus pesantren. Selain itu, keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan teknologi berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi kendala utama dalam pengembangan layanan digital pesantren. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan pengurus Pondok Pesantren Zumrotul Huda melalui pelatihan pengelolaan aplikasi chatbot berbasis AI yang terintegrasi pada website pesantren. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan model Instructional Development Institute (IDI) yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta evaluasi. Pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola chatbot berbasis AI, termasuk konfigurasi dasar dan pembaruan basis pengetahuan. Penerapan chatbot memberikan dampak positif terhadap layanan informasi pesantren dengan meningkatkan kecepatan, kemudahan akses, dan ketersediaan layanan informasi selama 24 jam. Kegiatan ini mendukung transformasi digital pesantren serta memperkuat peran perguruan tinggi dalam pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.
