Pelatihan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Jurusan Kuliah Berdasarkan Minat Dan Bakat Siswa Dengan Metode Topsis Pada Siswa Siswi SMK Sirajul Falah
Abstract
Pemilihan jurusan kuliah di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan langkah krusial yang dapat mempengaruhi masa depan siswa. Banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan jurusan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat mereka. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, sejumlah metode dapat diterapkan. Salah satunya adalah metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), yang memungkinkan siswa menilai jurusan berdasarkan kriteria seperti minat dan prospek karir. Asesmen bakat dan minat secara terstruktur juga penting untuk membantu siswa memahami potensi diri mereka.
Kegiatan Konsultasi karir individu dengan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) memberikan arahan yang lebih personal. Selain itu, pelatihan dan workshop tentang pemilihan jurusan serta program magang dan kunjungan industri memberikan pengalaman langsung yang berharga. Keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pemilihan jurusan juga sangat penting, sementara evaluasi berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan layanan bimbingan. Dengan menerapkan metode-metode ini secara terintegrasi, diharapkan siswa SMK SIRAJUL FALAH dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih baik, serta meningkatkan kepuasan dan keberhasilan mereka di masa depan.
