PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI E-LEARNING KEPADA GURU (TUTOR) PKBM CIPTA TUNAS KARYA
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah paradigma pembelajaran dari sistem konvensional menuju pembelajaran berbasis digital (e-learning). Namun, realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar Guru (Tutor) pada lembaga pendidikan nonformal, khususnya di PKBM Cipta Tunas Karya, masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kemampuan Guru (Tutor) dalam menggunakan aplikasi e-learning, kurangnya pelatihan teknis, serta belum adanya sistem pembelajaran digital yang terstruktur. Kondisi ini menyebabkan proses pembelajaran di PKBM masih bersifat tradisional dan kurang adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman.
Sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengusulkan pelatihan intensif penggunaan aplikasi e-learning bagi Guru (Tutor) dan tutor di PKBM Cipta Tunas Karya. Pelatihan akan berfokus pada pengenalan konsep e-learning, pembuatan akun dan kelas digital, pengunggahan materi ajar, pengelolaan tugas dan evaluasi secara daring, serta strategi pedagogis untuk pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan juga akan dilengkapi dengan pendampingan praktis (hands-on training) dan penyusunan modul panduan penggunaan e-learning agar dapat digunakan secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Dengan pelatihan ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatnya kompetensi digital Guru (Tutor) PKBM dalam mengelola pembelajaran daring, tersusunnya modul panduan digitalisasi pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan secara luas, terciptanya komunitas praktisi pembelajaran digital di lingkungan PKBM Cipta Tunas Karya, serta Guru (Tutor) PKBM mampu menerapkan teknologi e-learning secara efektif sehingga meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan nonformal dan mendorong terwujudnya transformasi digital pendidikan masyarakat.
