Rifaldi PENERAPAN METODE SDLC (SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE) PADA SISTEM PEMESANAN MAKANAN TERINTEGRASI DENGAN PEMBAYARAN BERBASIS WEB (STUDY KASUS RESTORAN ROTI’O)
Abstract
Dalam era perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, inovasi dalam pelayanan menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi keberhasilan bisnis, termasuk di bidang industri kuliner. Restoran Roti’O menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan layanan yang efisien dan nyaman bagi pelanggan, khususnya dalam proses pemesanan dan pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pemesanan makanan berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan sistem pembayaran dengan menerapkan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Metode SDLC dipilih karena sifatnya yang sistematis dengan tahapan yang jelas, yaitu perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, pengujian, dan implementasi, sehingga dapat memastikan kualitas, fungsionalitas, dan keandalan sistem yang dibangun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SDLC dalam pengembangan sistem pemesanan makanan berbasis web pada Restoran Roti’O mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan, mempercepat proses pemesanan, mengurangi waktu antrean, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam melakukan pembayaran. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan Restoran Roti’O dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, serta memperkuat daya saing di industri kuliner yang semakin kompetitif.
