INTEGRASI METODE AHP DAN SAW UNTUK REKOMENDASI LOKASI CABANG KAFE BARU PADA SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN BERBASIS ANDROID
Abstract
Penentuan lokasi cabang kafe merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengembangan bisnis karena berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kunjungan pelanggan dan keberhasilan usaha. Proses pemilihan lokasi yang masih dilakukan secara subjektif sering kali menyebabkan keputusan kurang tepat dan tidak berdasarkan analisis yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis Android yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi lokasi cabang kafe baru secara objektif dan sistematis dengan mengintegrasikan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat prioritas dan bobot setiap kriteria melalui proses perbandingan berpasangan, sedangkan metode SAW diterapkan untuk melakukan normalisasi nilai alternatif dan menghasilkan peringkat lokasi terbaik berdasarkan nilai preferensi akhir. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi kepadatan kompetitor, aksesibilitas transportasi umum, kedekatan dengan pusat keramaian, visibilitas lokasi, serta ketersediaan lahan parkir. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan dan pemanfaatan data sekunder dari platform digital seperti Google Maps. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi Android yang dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menganalisis dan menentukan lokasi cabang kafe baru secara lebih cepat, akurat, efektif, dan transparan. Integrasi metode AHP dan SAW pada sistem yang dibangun diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan lokasi usaha.
