PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DETEKSI DINI RISIKO STUNTING PADA BALITA DI POSYANDU JERUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMART BERBASIS WEB
Abstract
Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, sehingga deteksi dini sangat penting, terutama di layanan kesehatan berbasis komunitas seperti Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu). Penelitian ini merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) untuk mendeteksi risiko stunting pada balita di Posyandu Jeruk. Sistem ini menggunakan enam kriteria utama: tinggi badan, berat badan, riwayat pemberian ASI, pemberian makanan pendamping ASI (MPASI), sanitasi dan riwayat penyakit infeksi, yang masing-masing memiliki bobot tertentu. Sistem ini menghasilkan skor akhir yang mengklasifikasikan risiko stunting ke dalam kategori rendah, menengah, atau tinggi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hasil keputusan sistem sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan manual, sehingga diperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%. Selain itu, sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan konsistensi proses pengambilan keputusan dibandingkan dengan metode manual. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam mendukung deteksi dini risiko stunting berbasis data di tingkat Posyandu.
