SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER FIRE ALARM DENGAN METODE MOORA: STUDI KASUS PT TRIPTA KARYA KONSULTINDO
Abstract
This research aims to design and develop a web-based decision support system using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method for supplier evaluation and selection. Problems that often occur in supplier selection include manual assessment processes, lengthy evaluation times, and subjectivity in decision-making. To address these issues, this study applies the MOORA method because it is capable of performing multi-criteria assessments effectively and producing objective recommendations. The criteria used in this research include price, product quality, supplier experience, and delivery time. The developed system is web-based, making it easier for users to manage supplier data, conduct assessment processes, and view ranking results automatically. The results of this study indicate that the developed system is able to accelerate the supplier evaluation process, improve the accuracy and objectivity of assessments, and assist management in determining the best supplier according to company needs. Therefore, this decision support system can support a more efficient, transparent, accountable, and structured decision-making process.
