PERBANDINGAN PENDETEKSI-PENDETEKSI KAPAL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN DATA DARI SYNTHETIC APERTURE RADAR (SAR) UNTUK PENGAWASAN AREA MARITIM
Abstract
Pendeteksian kapal ini berguna bagi area maritim, antara lain untuk menjaga keamanan wilayah maritim dari serangan bajak laut, berbagai macam penyelundupan, pencurian (illegal fishing), dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendeteksi yang menghasilkan hasil deteksi atau citra hasil keluaran yang baik. Dari beberapa pendeteksi yang ada dilakukan perbandingan, untuk mengetahui pendeteksi mana yang memiliki citra hasil keluaran yang baik dengan nilai missed detected (kehilangan deteksi) dan false alarm (kesalahan deteksi) yang kecil. Perbandingan dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan pendeteksi quad polarisasi atau multi polarisasi yang menghasilkan pendeteksian yang terbaik. Dikarenakan nilai missed detected (kehilangan deteksi) dan false alarm (kesalahan deteksi) yang dihasilkan kecil. Meskipun begitu, dengan polarisasi tunggal pun dapat menghasilkan citra deteksi kapal yang baik bila menggunakan determinan matriks Hessian pada pendeteksi kapal ScanSAR baru.References
