Analisis Kualitas Website Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Pamulang Menggunakan ISO/IEC 25010
Abstract
Website Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Pamulang merupakan media penting dalam penyampaian informasi akademik dan pendukung komunikasi antara mahasiswa, dosen, staf administrasi, serta pihak eksternal. Namun, hasil pengamatan awal menunjukkan masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti kecepatan akses yang tidak stabil, gangguan server, antarmuka yang kurang responsif, dan struktur informasi yang belum sepenuhnya sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dengan meninjau aspek quality in use dan software product quality. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap 100 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administrasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis indikator ISO/IEC 25010 serta didukung pengujian teknis menggunakan GTMetrix, Apache JMeter, WAPT, dan OWASP ZAP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor 78,4% dengan kategori cukup baik. Dimensi functional suitability dan reliability memperoleh nilai tertinggi, masing-masing sebesar 82,1% dan 80,5%, sedangkan dimensi usability dan performance efficiency masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan nilai masing-masing sebesar 72,3% dan 70,8%. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna adalah navigasi, kecepatan akses, konsistensi tampilan, dan struktur informasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan optimasi kinerja server, perbaikan desain antarmuka responsif, serta penyusunan ulang struktur informasi agar kualitas website dan pengalaman pengguna semakin meningkat.
