Service Quality is the main thing in Restaurant Bornga, because in terms of serving the waiter directly interact with customers. The implementation of Service Quality at the XYZ Restaurant in the Blok M branch is very influential on turnover revenue because it is related to Restaurant customer loyalty. Improper implementation of Service Quality will have an impact on Restaurant revenue turnover. The implementation of Service Quality at the XYZ Restaurant in the Blok M branch already has a specific standard in its implementation. It's just lacking in the development of concepts and variations in the application of service quality, and the lack of special training provided for direction or learning about the standard of service to the new Blok M branch of Restaurant XYZ employees, who are certainly not ready to jump in directly and provide services to customers
