PENGARUH FAKTOR PENDAPATAN, KARIR DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP TINGKAT LITERASI KEUANGAN

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is measure and test the influence income, career and work experience factors on financial literacy rates. The research method used is quantitative survey method. The population in this study was all college lecturers in South Tangerang city as many as 5,974 respondents with the number of samples obtained as many as 209 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with the help of spss program version 25. The results of this study found that income has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy, career variables have a positive and significant effect on financial literacy, work experience variables are not significant to financial literacy. The implications in this research can provide information and input sources for OJK institutions and lecturers in their involvement through financial literacy education programs so as to help improve knowledge and understanding of financial services products needed from various parties, especially from private and state university academics, in addition to contributing to the development of theory and library studies.
