ANALISIS PREDIKSI KEBANGKRUTAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ALTMAN (Z SCORE) PADA PERUSAHAAN TEXTILE DAN GARMEN PADA TAHUN 2017-2019)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of company bankruptcy prediction using the Altman Z Score method, a case study of 3 textile and garment companies in 2017-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technic by taking data from 3 textile and garment companies. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. And the results show: (1) From 2017 to 2019 the three textile and garment companies, namely PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, PT Pan Brothers Tbk and PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk are in a vulnerable condition, which means that these companies cannot be categorized as bankrupt or not. with the Z Score criteria of 1.81 <2.99, all companies under the word healthy or not bankrupt can be seen in the ratio analysis from 2017 to 2019, this shows that financial performance is not good. (2) From the three Terxtile and Garment companies, the results show that the highest value during 2017 to 2019 is PT Pan Brothers Tbk which has a Z-Score of 2.24, 2.54, 2.5. And the one with the lowest value from 2017 to 2019 is PT Indorama Synthetics Tb with a Z-Score in 2017 of 1.61, and in 2019, 2.07. The results of this study are expected that the company can improve its financial performance so that the level of bankruptcy is not high.
