INDIKASI MALASNYA PESERTA BPJS DALAM  MEMBAYAR IURAN WAJIB BPJS AKIBAT METODE  PEMBAYARAN DAN PELAYANAN YANG TIDAK  MAKSIMAL DI LINGKUNGAN BPJS BSD

The research aimed to find out: (1) Is the method of payment set up by BPJS of health in BSD can

attract the interest of the community in paying the obligatory dues of BPSJ health, (2) Conformity of

BPJS Payment Method, (3) Service provided by BPJS to BPJS participants in Earth area Serpong

Damai. The method of research is quantitative method is a method that emphasizes more on the

measurement aspect objectively to social phenomenon that is society service user BPJS health at Bumi

Serpong Damai. The method of data collection using secondary data is the advanced data that has been

in though by data collecting primary data. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear

regression analysis with spss calculation through descriptive statistics, classical assumption test,

multiple linear regression analysis, operational research variable. Result of research: shows BPJS

health and service payment method influences the mandatory contribution of BPJS health in Serpong

Bumi Serpong unit.
