In the implementation of organizational tasks, the aspect of productivity is the most important aspect in order to achieve organizational goals. Increased productivity will be realized if all employees as human resources ilingkungannya have a sense of having the organization and love his job. Thus every employee in an organization is always encouraged to make improvements to the workings in order to achieve results better.Every organization needs management activities. Management is the most important element in moving members of the organization. Management can be said of the life of the organization, because it makes all the elements of the organization perform its function. Management in moving the organization is very dependent on the performance of human resources it has. The

organization's success in achieving its goals depends largely on the ability of the leadership and performance of human resources in its environment. In other words, organizational behavior is strongly influenced by the behavior of leaders and staff / implementers as human resources organizers drive.There are other factors that influence employee performance such as work motivation, supervision from superiors and completeness of work facilities as a supporting element. In fact, the performance and motivation of PT.Mitrasoft Computer Center (MITCOM) employees is not optimal.

Another factor that affects employee performance is the supervision of the direct supervisor. Supervision is crucial to the success of a job. Therefore in this Journal, will be disclosed mutual relationship between work motivation and supervision from boss with employee performance of PT. Mitrasoft Computer Center (MITCOM).
