The purpose of this study is to determine the style of leadership in the effectiveness of work teams in PT.Tempo Purwokerto. The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis, data source used primary data and secondary data and data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation, library method, and documentation. The result of this research shows that leadership style applied by the leader in PT. Tempo Purwokerto varies greatly because the nature and character of the leader can change at any time adjusting the goals of the company's vision and mission as well as the changing dynamics that occur, so that leadership style positively affects the effectiveness of the work team.
