PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAPKINERJA PEGAWAI PADA CV.WIN BUDI PRATAMA CIKARANG
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee
performance CV.Win Budi Pratama. And the influence of leadership and work motivation together on
the performance of employee CV.Win Budi Pratama. As for the sample in this study is all employees on
CV.Win Budi Pratama, amounting to 154 people. While the data analysis technique used is linear
analysis of multiple regression and t test and F test.Based on the results of research shows that
leadership variables significantly influence the performance with the regression value of 0.210 (21%)
with a significance value of 0.042 or <0.05. While the variable of work motivation have significant
effect to performance equal to 0,210 (21%) with significance level 0,035 or <0,05. at a significance
level of 0.036 or <0.05. In Test F it is seen that F arithmetic> F table 16,760> 2,77 with significance level 0,000 or α 0,05 consequently H0 rejected and Ha accepted which mean that variable of leadership and work motivation influence together to performance of employee CV.Win Budi Primary, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted.The value of the adjusted coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.441 means that 44.1% variation of all independent variables (leadership and work motivation) can explain the dependent variable (Employee Performance).
