In this research there are three variables that are X1 (Leadership Style), X2 (Organizational Culture) and Y (Employee Performance). This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Travira Air. In this study the researchers took the object in Hangar Travira Air. In this research, the method used is descriptive or quantitative analysis method. Sampling using a representative sample where the authors use the Slovin formula with a population of 499 employees. Data obtained from the questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 84 people. In the analysis using the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 program and SPSS program version 22, Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of research indicate that leadership style influence to employee performance, organizational culture have an effect on to employee performance.
