KESANTUNAN TUTURAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS

Abstrak
Bahasa guru memberi peran besar dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk tuturan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan observasi (pengamatan) dan wawancara dengan beberapa orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk komunikasi guru dan siswa cenderung memakai jenis tindak tutur basa-basi kesantunan positif dan basa-basi dengan kesantuanan negatif, serta kesantunan samar-samar. Di antara strategi tersebut salah satunya adalah dengan mencari kesepakatan, bergurau, memberikan alasan, kesamaan pengetahuan, meminta maaf dan meminta.
