The rules for studying in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic require Pamulang University to apply the Mid-Semester and End-Semester Examinations online through the Moodle Learning Management System program with the hope that all students can access and participate in the program. The implementation of this program has been running since 2020 with the constraints of program results depending on the student's ability to master the application. Based on this, the objectives of this study include reviewing and evaluating the implementation of online exams using the Moodle LMS at Pamulang University, especially in the Informatics Engineering study program. The data collection technique used the CIPP(context, input, process, product) evaluation model with a sample of 99 students. In the context aspect that includes University policy, online exams are well implemented and also to prepare students' habits for online exams. The three aspects evaluated include aspects of input, process, and output. The online exam input aspect in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Pamulang University includes facilities and infrastructure, software and hardware, test questions and implementation management, some are adequate and in accordance with the success criteria, some still require more in-depth follow-up in order to achieve the success of the online exam implementation program. Moodle-based at the input level and accompanied by complete government documents. Furthermore, the process aspect, the process of implementing the Moodle-based online exam program went quite well and smoothly due to the strategy of setting the online exam schedule and dividing the LMS server into two, namely e-learningab.unpam.ac.id and e-learningc.unpam.ac.id. There are no problems when downloading questions. The last aspect is the input/product aspect, online exams can increase student scores. Based on the results of the UTS and UAS test scores, it is known that the percentage of students who pass with a score above B is 45%.
