Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyrakat (PKM) ini membahas upaya peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi mencakup kurangnya kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan OCB di lingkungan sekolah dapat mendukung pengembangan karakter siswa dan meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan. Melalui sosialisasi strategi peningkatan OCB, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan siswa terhadap pentingnya OCB, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif mereka dalam kegiatan sosial. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan, diskusi, dan workshop, dengan keterlibatan manajemen sekolah untuk menciptakan kebijakan yang mendukung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman OCB di kalangan peserta, dukungan manajerial yang baik, serta sinergi antara motivasi guru dan siswa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan budaya pendidikan yang lebih kolaboratif dan harmonis, serta mendukung tercapainya tujuan Pendidikan yang berkualitas.
