Sosialisasi Literasi Kepemimpinan Dan Keselamatan Instalasi Kelistrikan Pada Warga Desa Kadudodol, Kecamatan Cimanuk, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan masyarakat di Desa Kadudodol, Banten, melibatkan aspek sosial dan keamanan instalasi kelistrikan serta literasi kepemimpinan. Literasi ini menjadi penting dalam membangun masyarakat yang tanggap terhadap risiko dan memiliki pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tingkat literasi di Desa Kadudodol dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemahaman warga. Sosialisasi efektif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman literasi kepemimpinan dan keselamatan instalasi kelistrikan, memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup dan keamanan warga. Kesimpulan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menunjukkan pentingnya kerjasama tim dan perencanaan matang dalam menangani pekerjaan yang melibatkan banyak orang. Diperlukan peningkatan literasi kepemimpinan dan keselamatan instalasi kelistrikan di Desa Kadudodol. Saran mencakup penyempurnaan perencanaan, evaluasi materi penyuluhan, keterlibatan aktif warga, peningkatan monitoring dan evaluasi, serta kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait untuk memperluas dampak positif kegiatan PKM. Dengan implementasi saran-saran tersebut, diharapkan kegiatan PKM dapat menjadi lebih efektif, berkelanjutan, dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat.
