This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress management and time
management on the academic achievement of students who study while working. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 102 respondents. The population of this study consists of evening class students at Pamulang University. The results show that all research instruments were declared valid and reliable. Work stress management and time management significantly affect the academic achievement of working students. This means that both factors play an important role in determining the level of academic success among working students. Partially, time management has the most dominant influence on academic achievement, indicating that the better students manage their time between work and study, the higher their
academic performance will be. The implications of this study highlight the importance of implementing effective time management and stress control strategies for working students to achieve optimal academic performance.
