Fostering Student Entrepreneurship Through Creativity and Effective Communication

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity and communication skills on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Universitas Pamulang. Employing a
quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 109 active students. The findings indicate that both creativity and communication skills have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Creativity aids students
in generating new business ideas, while effective communication supports their
success in interaction and product marketing. The study concludes that strengthening these soft skills is crucial for fostering entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is recommended that educational institutions prioritize the development of creativity and communication within their curricula to better equip students for entrepreneurial
ventures.
