Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of rewards, job satisfaction, and motivation on employee morale in the context of modern organizations. Rewards are viewed as external factors that encourage productive work behavior through the provision of financial and non-financial rewards. Meanwhile, job satisfaction and work motivation are internal factors that influence employee commitment and enthusiasm in carrying out their duties. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low work morale among some employees caused by dissatisfaction with the reward system, work environment, and lack of personal motivation. This research approach is quantitative, using a survey method, using a questionnaire distributed to employees from various divisions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression tests to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of reward, job satisfaction, and motivation on work morale. The results show that reward, job satisfaction, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. This finding indicates that the higher the level of reward received, the more satisfied and motivated employees are at work,
resulting in a significant increase in work morale. The implications of this research are the need for organizations to design fair, transparent, and performance-based reward systems, while simultaneously creating a work environment that supports employee
satisfaction and motivation. This research contributes theoretically to the development of human resource management studies and provides practical guidance for companies in optimizing strategies to improve employee moraleĀ
