Abstract

This research aims to systematically review the impact of macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, rupiah exchange rate depreciation, and the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), on the risk of fluctuations in the value of equity mutual fund assets in Indonesia. The study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach covering empirical studies published from 2010 to 2023. The review shows that inflation tends to have no significant effect on the net asset value of mutual funds or IHSG when inflation rates are low and stable. However, high inflation reduces purchasing power and pressures corporate profitability, negatively affecting investment asset values. Rupiah depreciation negatively impacts IHSG and equity mutual fund performance due to increased import costs and foreign currency portfolio risk. Meanwhile, IHSG is the main indicator reflecting national stock market conditions and a dominant factor in determining net asset value fluctuations of equity mutual funds. The literature
