This study analyzes the effect of financial performance, capital structure, and sales growth on profitability at PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (WICO.JK) during the 2016–2024 period using quantitative methods. Data were obtained from the company's audited financial statements and IDX reports. The independent variables include financial performance (measured by Return on Assets/ROA), capital structure (measured by Debt-to-Equity Ratio/DER), and sales growth (measured by Sales Growth). The dependent variable is profitability (measured by Net Profit Margin/NPM). Analysis using multiple linear regression indicates that financial performance and sales growth have a significant positive effect on profitability, while capital structure has a negative effect. These results provide empirical insights for investors and management in optimizing company performance.
