Improving the quality of human resources in rural areas of Indonesia is one of the main challenges in sustainable development efforts. Sasah Village, located in Waringinkurung District, Serang Regency, Banten, has great potential but faces many obstacles. Some of them are the lack of support for MSMEs and high-quality education. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of human resources in the village by using a comprehensive strategy to support MSMEs and English education. This qualitative case study uses participatory observation, in-depth interviews, surveys, and document analysis. This research involves villagers, teachers, MSME entrepreneurs, and other parties. The results of the study show that effective English language education can improve students' confidence, their ability to communicate with people around the world, and their ability to access information around the world. Collaboration between the education sector and MSMEs increases student participation in education, academic attendance and achievement, as well as MSME efficiency and income. The MSME empowerment program includes business management training, digital marketing workshops, and the establishment of collaborative networks between MSME actors to support technology and product innovation. To improve the quality of human resources in rural areas, this study emphasizes that a holistic approach is very important. To expand the program to other villages, it is recommended to adapt it to local needs. In addition, it is recommended to make government policies that support economic and educational integration, as well as provide funds for the training of teachers and MSME facilitators. This integrative method has great potential to revive villages in Indonesia and make them more independent and competitive both domestically and abroad.
