Abstract

The development of information technology encourages government institutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency in data management and activity reporting. One of the problems frequently encountered in the field of natural resource conservation and landscaping is that activity reporting is still carried out manually, which can lead to delays, data inconsistency, and difficulties in monitoring activities. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based activity reporting system for the field of natural resource conservation and landscaping using the Scrum method. The Scrum method was selected because it supports iterative, flexible, and user-oriented system development. The proposed system provides features for activity report management, documentation in the form of photos and supporting data, user management based on access rights, and user activity logging. The system design includes the development of an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Record Structure (LRS), and database normalization to ensure data integrity and reliability. The results of this study are expected to produce an integrated and user-friendly reporting system that can enhance effectiveness, transparency, and accountability in managing conservation and landscaping activities.
