ANALISIS KEDUDUKAN GURU PAUD NON FORMAL DITINJAU DARI UNDANG-UNDNG NOMOR 14 TAHUN 2005 TENTANG GURU DAN DOSEN DENGAN UNDANG-UNDANG REPUBLIK INDINESIA TAHUN 1945
Abstract
The constitution of the republic of Indonesia in 1945 is the basic law of all laws and regulations in indonesia and its administration is based on law. A constitutional court was formed to enforce the constitution and the principles of a democratic constitutional state of indonesia as regulated in the 1945 constitution of the republic of indonesia which one of the authorities is to test the law against the constitution. This study aims to determine the background of the decision of the constitutional court and to find out what the implications are for teachers and lectures, especially non-formal early childhood education teachers from the decision. The method used is normative juridical qualitative by collecting secondary data, the data in question are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The method of processing legal materials is carried out through decision studies and analyzed using the juridical analysis method. Based on the results of the research, the decision of the constitutional court number 02/PPU-XVII/2019 concerning judicial review of law number 14 of 2005.
