PENERBITAN PERIZINAN BADAN USAHA MELALUI SISTEM PERIZINAN BERUSAHA TERINTEGRASI SECARA ELEKTRONIK (ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION/OSS) BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 11 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG CIPTA KERJA
Abstract
This paper examines the issuance of business entity licenses through an electronically integrated business licensing system (Online Single Submission / OSS) based on Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, the purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the issuance of business entity licensing through the OSS system based on the Act. - Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, as well as to find out obstacles in the implementation of issuing business entity permits through the OSS system based on Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The research method used in this research is the normative juridical method or the doctrinal (dogmatic) legal research method. This study uses a statutory approach based on the 1945 Constitution. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system is considered revolutionary and very effective in its implementation. With a service mechanism that is faster and less rigid, it can make it easier for business actors who want to start their businesses. However, in the implementation there are still things that still need to be improved. Some business actors are still having difficulties in making NIB, especially SIUP business permits and SIPI/SIKPI commercial permits, which are submitted via email or wa center of the Directorate of Licensing and Fisheries. So evaluation is needed in order to provide better services to the community.
