Abstract

Penelitian tentang keragaman gender pada dewan perusahaan (board gender diversity) sedang menjadi perbincangan yang cukup menarik dimana beberapa negara telah memberlakukan undang-undang tentan penunjukkan direktur wanita di dewan perusahaan. Beberapa penelitian membahas tentang pengaruh keragaman gender terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Apakah benar perusahaan yang dipimpin oleh direktur wanita berkinerja lebih baik daripada direktur laki-laki? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sistematic literature review dari artikel yang dipublikasi pada scopus dengan kata kunci yang relevan dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023 serta divisualisasikan dengan software VOSviewer. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi refrensi dan informasi tentang kinerja perusahaan khususnya yang dipimpin oleh direktur wanita. Penelitian ini hanya mengambil dari scopus maka dari itu diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya menambah jurnal dari WOS, Google Sholar dan lainnya agar menambah kajian tentang pengaruh keragaman gender di dewan perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan
