Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tipe kepribadian terhadap pemilihan karier dengan media sosial sebagai variabel intervening dan pengaruh kepribadian terhadap media sosial serta pengaruh media sosial terhadap pemilihan karier generasi Z. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang yang berlokasi di Tangerang Selatan, teknik yang digunakan proporsional random sampling dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05, dengan perhitungan rumus slovin dibutuhkan 129 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Tipe Kepribadian Konvensional yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi pemilihan karier, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Penggunaan Media Sosial terhadap pemilihan karier dan Variabel Penggunaan Media Sosial terbukti secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh Tipe Kepribadian terhadap Preferensi Pemilihan Karier
