The Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is a system used by local governments, including the Serang City Government, for regional development planning, regional financial management, and other government systems, including regional government supervision and guidance. However, the implementation of SIPD in Serang City still faces various challenges, particularly regarding the system's suboptimal quality and the limited time allocated for technical guidance, resulting in many Regional Work Units (SKPD) not being fully accustomed to using SIPD effectively. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SIPD in Serang City. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results show that the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Serang City has implemented the SIPD application to support policies in executing various government programs. Based on the information obtained, SIPD functions as a system for regional development planning, regional financial management, and other government systems, including mechanisms for regional government supervision and guidance. However, challenges remain in optimizing SIPD usage, necessitating improvements in system quality and the effectiveness of training for local government officials.
