Perilaku Society 5.0 Pada Sektor Pemerintahan: Implementasi Aparatur Provinsi Banten

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents challenges and opportunities for government officials in increasing organizational effectiveness through the use of digital technology. This study aims to analyze organizational behavior in officials within the Banten Provincial Government in facing or transforming in the era of society 5.0 towards ease and efficiency in providing services to the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study analysis method from relevant data. The results of the study indicate that the success of the implementation of Society 5.0 is highly dependent on the readiness of technology, organizational culture, and digital skills of the officials. Resistance to change and lack of digital literacy for officials within the Banten Provincial Government are the main obstacles to the implementation of the society 5.0 concept. Therefore, a strategic policy is needed that can increase the capabilities of officials in adopting new technologies and even providing innovations.
