Reformasi Pemerintahan di Indonesia: Tantangan dan Peluang Dalam Mewujudkan Tata Kelola yang Baik

Abstract

Government reform in Indonesia is an ongoing process aiming to realise good governance through applying the principles of transparency, accountability, community participation and the supremacy of the law. This process faces several challenges, such as resistance from the bureaucracy, corruption that has penetrated the system, and gaps between the policies set and their implementation. However, opportunities to improve the quality of government governance are increasingly opening up, especially with advances in digital technology, active participation of civil society, and political support for reform. This article discusses existing challenges and opportunities and provides strategic recommendations to accelerate the achievement of government that is effective, efficient and responsive to community needs. This research concludes that collaboration between various parties and the application of technology in public services are important factors in accelerating governance reform in Indonesia.
