Peningkatan Kepatuhan Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Melalui Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mobile Samsat Signal di Kelurahan Kaduagung, Kec. Tigaraksa, Kab. Tangerang
Abstract
This Community Service Program (PMKM) aims to educate Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) about the importance of fulfilling motor vehicle tax obligations, which are a significant source of regional revenue. The activity highlights the direct link between SME operations and vehicle ownership, as many business owners rely on vehicles for daily activities such as goods delivery and transportation. Through this education, it is expected that understanding and compliance with motor vehicle tax obligations will improve. Additionally, the use of digital platforms such as the Samsat Signal application was introduced to simplify the tax payment process. This program is expected to increase timely tax payments, reduce delays, and contribute to sustainable regional economic development.

Abstrak
Program pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat (PMKM), ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya pemenuhan kewajiban pajak kendaraan bermotor, yang merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah yang signifikan. Kegiatan ini menekankan hubungan langsung antara operasional UMKM dengan kepemilikan kendaraan, karena banyak pelaku usaha yang memanfaatkan kendaraan untuk kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, seperti pengiriman barang dan transportasi. Melalui edukasi ini, diharapkan pemahaman dan kepatuhan terhadap kewajiban pajak kendaraan dapat meningkat. Selain itu, penggunaan platform digital seperti aplikasi Samsat Signal diperkenalkan untuk mempermudah proses pembayaran pajak kendaraan. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pembayaran pajak tepat waktu, mengurangi keterlambatan, dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi daerah secara berkelanjutan.
