Strategi Manajemen Aset untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja UMKM Lokal di Desa Cisaat Kecamatan Cicurug Kabupaten Sukabumi
Abstract
This community service program aims to improve the asset management capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cisaat Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. MSMEs in this village are the main drivers of the local economy, but they face obstacles in the form of a lack of understanding of asset management, limited access to technology, and a lack of capital for asset rejuvenation. The program is designed through intensive training, hands-on mentoring, and the application of simple technology, to provide education on structured asset logging, data-driven maintenance plans, and the use of digital technology to improve operational efficiency. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding of MSME actors towards asset management and the ability to develop a more structured asset maintenance plan. The use of digital recording applications allows MSMEs to monitor the condition of assets more accurately. In addition, the establishment of MSME groups as a collaboration forum provides space for business actors to share best practices and asset management solutions. This program is expected to be able to increase the productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability of MSME businesses, as well as make a positive contribution to the local economy. This technology-based asset management model also has the potential to be applied in other MSME communities as a sustainable solution.

Abstrak
Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan aset Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Cisaat, Kecamatan Cicurug, Kabupaten Sukabumi. UMKM di desa ini merupakan penggerak utama ekonomi lokal, tetapi menghadapi kendala berupa kurangnya pemahaman tentang manajemen aset, keterbatasan akses teknologi, dan minimnya modal untuk peremajaan aset. Program ini dirancang melalui pelatihan intensif, pendampingan langsung, dan penerapan teknologi sederhana, untuk memberikan edukasi tentang pencatatan aset yang terstruktur, rencana pemeliharaan berbasis data, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap manajemen aset dan kemampuan menyusun rencana pemeliharaan aset yang lebih terstruktur. Penggunaan aplikasi pencatatan digital memungkinkan UMKM memantau kondisi aset secara lebih akurat. Selain itu, pembentukan kelompok UMKM sebagai forum kolaborasi memberikan ruang bagi pelaku usaha untuk berbagi praktik terbaik dan solusi pengelolaan aset. Program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, daya saing, dan keberlanjutan usaha UMKM, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian lokal. Model pengelolaan aset berbasis teknologi ini juga berpotensi untuk diterapkan di komunitas UMKM lainnya sebagai solusi yang berkelanjutan.
