Perempuan dalam Pergolakan Kultur Budaya, Gender dan Islam: Komparasi Negara Swiss dan Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the condition of women in the view of culture in a country both in Switzerland and Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the research that has been conducted show that in general, the picture of gender violence occurs in almost all places and countries in this hemisphere, including in Indonesia. As a result, recently the struggle of women who are gathered in a movement called the Gender Equality and Justice movement known as the feminism movement has received welcome and support from various elements of society, the state and even from men to become fighters of the feminism movement as a response to humanity that needs to be defended and fought for in Switzerland, Indonesia, and even throughout the world. Even though the results of the struggle have not yet reached significant results, there has been a far development of changes towards a better, developed, and can feel the rights of life as a whole human being.
