Momen bulan Ramadhan, tentu saja banyak kegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Berangkat dari ramainya orang yang beribadah setiap hari, terutama di bulan Ramadhan yang tentunya juga melibatkan banyak jamaah di malam hari. Sementara pada waktu malam sangat tergantung dengan penerangan dari listrik. Karena kondisi wilayah pedesaan yang sering mengalami pemadaman listrik sebab cuaca musim hujan, angin ribut, petir, tertimpa pohon, beban puncak overload dan sebagainya, maka diperlukan ketahanan energi listrik berupa generator listrik/genset. Sedangkan prosedur operasi genset masih manual menggunakan tenaga manusia untuk startup genset sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan pasokan listrik, menyebabkan gelap gulita. Oleh karena itu diperlukan modifikasi proses startup menjadi otomatis agar tidak terlambat pasokan listriknya. Di samping itu, perlu ditambahkan lampulampu penerangan jalan umum (PENERANGAN) dari panel surya untuk cadangan energi listrik lainnya. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat kami akan mengimplementasikan automatic switching genset dan PENERANGAN Panel Surya di Al Hikmah Kp Cilangkap, Cilangkap, Tapos, Depok. Dengan demikian kami akan merencanakan pemasangan PENERANGAN di
3 (tiga) titik lokasi strategis Masjid tersebut agar semua masyarakat atau jamaah sekitar bisa lebih nyaman dan khusuk beribadahnya. Suplai energi listrik stabil, tidak mati lampu, tidak gelap gulita, perangkat penguat suara dan sound system dapat beroperasi meskipun terjadi pemadaman listrik dari PLN.
